The Howes Company Heating & Air Conditioning

Zack went above and beyond to diagnose our problem with a loud compressor. We had other companies that said that they would have to replace entire ac unit. Zack diagnosed that it was a bad compressor and contacted Trane to replace compressor under warranty. We have used Howes before and have always been extremely satisfied with their professionalism. Would highly recommend them.

I rarely give 5 stars however these guys deserve 10. I use Howes for the multiple apartments I run. We have over dozen companies we can use and I will always choose Howes each and every time. They are always super friendly, fast, flexible, financially comparable and the service is absolutely top notch.

While I didn't personally select them when my apartment's a/c went out, I'm extremely thankful that my property management company did. I can't remember the names of the two gentleman who repaired my unit, but they communicated extremely well and were very proactive. On top of this, I have to mention that they got everything fixed within two days of scheduling an appointment, even though it was Labor Day.
