Russ was awesome and came out the same day to fix my heater when I really needed it. He got the problem sorted quickly, and checked things over to make sure it would keep running smoothly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
We hired RM Mechanical to relocate an A/C unit around the corner after new concrete was poured in the backyard. Russ came out and took care of disconnecting the A/C unit and putting it safely to the side. After the concrete work was completed, Russ came back out and took care of relocating and reinstalling the A/C unit around the corner from where it was located before. He took care of lengthening all of the needed electrical and piping. He also added Freon as it was low. Great communication. Reasonable price. And very good customer service!
