I called my home warranty and they sent request to Viking. My house is on a raised foundation but i have a 20ft deck out back that will only require a small ladder to access the roof. When the guy came out he flat out said i don't do 2 stories, and as i was letting him know that a standard ladder will work on the back porch, he turned around and left. It's unfortunate as they are fairly close and local, but from now on i will not request this company. As I have an autistic daughter that has been extremely uncomfortable with the heat issues and we now have to wait another week for someone to come out.

This guy Mark is a scammer. He came to fix my parent's AC, replaced the part and after AC turned on he just left. He did not check airflow at all. When I was not present during repair and paid over the phone with cc thinking that AC is all fixed. When I called in few days later and told him that AC is still not working he came and wanted more money for diagnostics. to make the air flow work saying that his job was only to make sure AC turns on. Insanity.

I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with OTHER contractors. Specifically South Placer Heating and Air. Do not use them! Use Viking! They were very helpful and HONEST!!!! The technician Mark was awesome! Luckily it was an easy fix and he was able to take care of my heater fast! He also gave me some tips on how to extend the life of my unit and the do’s and don’ts. I will definitely be using Viking again. Thanks Viking and thank you mark!
