Good Guy Services (Heating & Cooling)

I recently had Good Guy Services replace my old HVAC system, and I am very happy I chose them. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and wrapped up the installation neatly. My new system runs smoothly and I’m already noticing the difference in comfort and efficiency. I highly recommend Good Guy Services.

We had a “no heat” situation on one of the coldest nights in the Bay Area this winter. Terrible situation. We called Good Guy Services, and they were out here in 20 minutes on an emergency call. Anthony quickly diagnosed the issue and fully educated us on what was going on. Like we assumed, our heater had crapped out and needed to be replaced. But he gave us a temporary solution within an hour so we don’t have to suffer the cold. Came back the following day and changed out our furnace for a new one. All done thoroughly, professionally, and with expertise. We of course also signed up for their maintenance plan. Don’t want to run into this situation again in the future.

Highly recommend Good Guy services, we were looking to get our HVAC system looked at before the springtime got going and GGS did an excellent job. They were able to schedule for the next day, showed up right on time and went through everything pretty thoroughly. We'd use them again for sure.
