Very pleased by the service. Nahid ( Phonetic spelling?) Was prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable and I must say very intelligent. My icemaker water hose in the back of my refrigerator sprung a leak, although very small, consistent. He purchased a steel braided hose, replaced it and gave excellent advice on the long-term condition of my wooden floor where the leak occurred. They even look for a replacement filter for my will cold water dispenser, which I originally told them to not worry about. He concluded the work leaving my kitchen clean and well ordered as if nothing had happened. Can't ask for better!

I had a punctured drainage hose on my LG washer. Instead of charging a $300 service fee to send a technician out, Rovshan did a video call with me. He diagnosed the issue and helped me fix it myself.
