Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Ed, the owner of this business. We chose him with a high price tag to install our new wall furnace heater, assuming it would be the best service. Once Ed took the money, that was IT. Heater didn’t work well afterwards. We called, left voicemails, and texted him many times, no answer at all. We thought something wrong with our phone, so we called him from our other phone. He picked up right away, saying he never got our other calls or texts, and he promised he would come to us that day or the next day. He never showed up. Then, same thing again, he blocked our second phone number, never responded to calls, voicemail or texts. Although he gave us 3 years warranty on his installation, he didn’t care to honor it. Would never recommend him to anyone. Please be aware: once he gets your money, he will never answer you.
