I wouldn’t recommend this company based on integrity and how their employees conduct themselves in public. I recently witnessed one of their employees at a grocery store behaving in a way that was impatient, inconsiderate, and dismissive toward multiple people. Acting as if he was the only one there with a “holier-than-thou” attitude. That behavior carried throughout the store, from blocking aisles without acknowledging others to showing little to no consideration for anyone around him. No “excuse me,” no “I’m sorry.” He also failed to recognize that the woman ahead of him was in a regular checkout, not express, and instead chose to be impatient and make unnecessary comments. Actions like that don’t just reflect on the individual, they reflect on the company he represents. It was especially disappointing to see that same ignorance and lack of awareness continue outside, with the company’s name clearly displayed on his vehicle. What made it more concerning was that he was with his young daughter at the time. If that’s the example being set in everyday situations, it raises serious concerns about how clients may be treated behind closed doors. Professionalism and respect shouldn’t only apply when it’s convenient or visible. They should be consistent, especially in front of your children. Do better. Situations like this reflect poorly on a business, because how employees carry themselves in public matters just as much as how they perform on the job.

I called Airmergency when our AC stopped blowing cold air. The office staff gal was super friendly and scheduled me the following day. The service call fee was reasonably priced and the tech showed up within the 2 hour time frame she had given me. Tech told us the issue and quoted us the repair price on the spot. Our air was up and running in about 40 mins. Thanks Airmergency for the fast service in this heat, you saved us! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends!

When my heat when out in my home I called 3 different companies for quotes. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But due to their prompt service I chose to go with them and I'm glad I did. After they installed the new unit on the roof the unit failed after a week and and at no cost to me they removed that unit and replaced it with a new one. While we were going through all that they checked up on us all the time and they brought out portable heaters to keep us warm. Jamon and his crew service my unit at my home and at my rental and I will always continue to use them.
