I had an excellent experience with Francisco from Air Concepts at their Scotts Valley location. He came to inspect our HVAC system and quickly identified the root cause of the issue that was preventing it from functioning properly. Francis was very professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and possible solutions. He is a young, brilliant professional who is technically knowledgeable and clearly very experienced in his field. I truly appreciated his expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to resolving the issue. I highly recommend Francis and the Air Concepts team for their outstanding service.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience with Air Concepts, after my AC went out during the heat wave last week. Another company (hint: rhymes with ruse) quoted $3,000+ for a bunch of upsell work to my wife. Francisco came over, spent about one hour and completed two modest repairs for 15% of the cost quoted to me by the other guys. He took the time to provide an overview of what had happened, what he was going to do, and explained why he was confident his recommendation was going to address the issue. Sure enough the cool air was flowing one hour after he showed up at the door. Additionally, the scheduling and payment process was managed smoothly by Charlie. I've been fortunate to not require any HVAC repair services until now, but in the future, I will call Air Concepts first. You should to. Easily the most reliable, most reasonably priced, and most trustworthy HVAC outfit in SJ. Highly recommend!

I had my thermostat replaced today. It died last week. Francisco V was on time, and explained what he was doing. He programmed the thermostat for each day in a week & checked on my heat pump. He was efficient with the diagnostics, courteous & service was reasonably priced. Additionally I would like to extend my appreciation to Charley, Gabriel and Carla. I would gladly recommend the company to others and would use their services again in the future.
