James and his team handled the installation very well, paying great attention to detail. Dwayne helped me through the process and made everything simple and stress-free. Since I had the furnace work done in the cooler season, they couldn’t fully charge the refrigerant at that time. Later, when the weather warmed up, Brody returned to adjust the coolant levels and quickly figured out why my thermostat was sending high humidity alerts. He fixed the issue right away by adding more refrigerant. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.
