Beware if your home warranty sends you to this company. Call right away and ask for a different HVAC company. Trust me, they overcharged for “modifications” that were never actually done just spray painted over Their work doesn’t look professional at all. They didn’t seal things properly, left holes, and the unit isn’t even level. Very poor-quality work for the price they charged. In my experience, this company feels like a scam.

My home warranty sent this company to replace my AC unit. Everything was supposed to be covered, including unit disposal, but I was still charged for disposal. The company also claimed that many modifications were needed, which made my out-of-pocket cost extremely high. In the end, the only work performed was replacing the gas line hose for $500 and installing an electrical disconnect for $550. I’m not sure where the additional $2,500 charge came from. Overall, the workmanship was only decent and definitely not the best quality.

George is an absolute joke. See the other review for more information. He pulled up without a courtesy call, right at the last minute of the estimated time, and didn’t introduce himself or greet the homeowner. Why would a homeowner let a random man in asking for a crawl space? Overall, he was very sassy and I escorted him to the door safely.
