We're very happy with All Phase Heating & Air Conditioning and the heat pump installation they completed for us. The system has been working great since November, and the whole process was handled really well from start to finish. They took the time to understand our needs, explained the options clearly, and paid attention to the details throughout the installation. The team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. We're glad we chose them and would definitely recommend All Phase to others.
I had a great experience with the entire team at All Phase! It started with a call on my old system. Was told by Chuck that the 20 year old system (after taking air quality readings)was starting to be unsafe. He immediately got me in touch with Brad to get a price on a new system. Brad then got me on the schedule to get the new system installed. Unfortunately, the day the installation was supposed to begin the weather took a turn for the worse and they couldn't get to my house. The next day Brad was able to send two crews and they installed the system in record time! My Wife was so happy we didn't have to spend another night without a heater! I want to thank Brad, and the great team of Craig, Triston, Brian and Andrew! What a great job they did. Grass Valley is lucky to have a great HVAC company that goes the extra mile! Thank you All Phase!
The customer service at All Phase is amazing from the front office staff to the service techs. I had to call multiple times to find the problem with my heating system and they made many trips. I always got service within a couple of days, and the repair guys were knowledgeable and kind. Best of the best.
