This is the first company out of 5 to not lie to me! I was recently told my compressor was dead, I needed a whole new unit and that was not the case at all! A few minutes into the service, immediately the technician from Fynaut & Johnson found burnt up wires, had what was needed on hand!! And replaced everything. I have a working AC again! 🎉 no insane bill, no sales pitch about eco friendly units. Thank you guys so much!

I would caution others regarding this company's misleading pricing and immediate pivot to upselling. When I scheduled the appointment, the receptionist quoted me a $150 diagnostic fee, explicitly stating this would cover finding exactly what was wrong with the unit, and the only additional costs would be for parts. The technician arrived, found a frozen coil and low freon, and said we needed to wait for the ice to melt to locate the leak. He then informed me that it would cost an additional $150 for him to come back and finish the diagnosis. I was told the high diagnostic fees is so that technician dont have to up sell any products or services yet they wanted to double-charge me just to finish troubleshooting the original problem. When I respectfully questioned this second fee, the owner simply instructed the technician to stop troubleshooting and push me toward buying a completely new AC system citing that the leak is most likely in the coils without being present at the location or looking at the coil. Very disappointed in the bait-and-switch tactics despite the high diagnostic fee I was charged for informing me I need to keep the AC off before a technician can comeback and look at the problem.
