I have always used South Placer Heating and Air since I purchased my home four years ago. They have always been great. They respond quickly as well as send someone over swiftly if ever needed. Brendan O’ Hara, one their technicians, has done work here on several occasions. He treats my home as if it were his own. He pays special attention to detail and never fails to go above and beyond. He also leaves things very clean and tidy when he leaves. I highly recommend this company and him.

I had an excellent experience with my HVAC technician! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and courteous. Before entering my home, he even asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers, which I really appreciated because it showed how much he respected my home. After I explained the issue with my AC unit, he got straight to work. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process, explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the problem quickly, and my AC is working perfectly again. It’s hard to find technicians who are not only skilled but also provide such outstanding customer service. Brendan O'Hara came on June 9, 2026 to look over our 23 year old HVAC system for the first time-to get a second opinion if its functioning or needs a full replacement. We were told by our current company last summer it was failing and wouldn't make it through summer 2025 and that they could replace it for a lot of money. Even showed us videos of units burning out, but it was never ours. A bit shady... and our HVAC never broke. Brendan was amazing; kind, knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Told us it's working fine, just old and slightly inefficient, what you would expect from a 23 year old Carrier! He saved us between $15,000-$25,000! If it breaks and something goes wrong he said he would be right over to fix it, no problem. Now we can replace the old unit with an electric energy efficient one on our time when least expensive (not during peak summer months). I can't thank him enough. He really knows what he is doing and trying to save you some money! He is great, going to stick with him, highly recommend! Natalie
