To say I appreciate Alex is an understatement. He came over the same day I called on his off hours to get my a/c back in working condition in under 30 minutes. Straight to the point, professional on all levels, easy to speak with, and most importantly of all he was extremely trustworthy. I had called two other companies prior to Alex and both suggested a full replacement of my entire system, quoted me more than 10k, and left as if they were doing me a favor. Alex is the complete opposite of these tactics and is wholeheartedly a man of the people. If another a/c issue were to arise, I will sincerely be looking forward to calling Alex again, knowing my lack of knowledge and understanding of how these systems work will not be taken advantage of monetarily. I can confidently say I can entrust my complete faith and my family's safety this summer in Alex's skills and down to earth honesty.
