Joseph was friendly with my questions regarding maintenance of A/C unit. He even gave me a useful information on attaching U V light air purifier to my HVAC so that my seasonal allergis wouldn't be so bad. He was very proficient in his work.

Our AC broke overnight, so we called Lee’s first thing in the morning. Brandon was at our house within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. With Sacramento summer temperatures, being without AC is never fun, but thanks to Brandon’s quick response, we barely had to deal with any discomfort at all. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend Brandon and the team at Lee’s.

Jacob arrived quickly on Memorial Day in the morning to solve a ball valve failure that was not allowing us to shut off the source to our ice maker which had failed overnight and started leaking into the freezer at a high rate. He took a look, he knew what he was looking at. He immediately gave me a quote. He immediately told me exactly what he was gonna do. He went out to the van. He got the parts and he got it done - problem solved.
