Josh continues to give us service that is above and beyond what we have ever experienced! He comes immediately to help with air conditioning issues for our residential and commercial property. He worked many hours to get a rebate from Roseville Electric for our commercial building. He got our residential units working until he could bid the replacement units. We trust him to do a great job for our home as well.

I had both Josh and Kenny out to my home and they were fantastic to work with. They were professional, polite, and took the time to thoroughly assess the situation before walking me through the different repair options in a clear and honest way. Josh was awesome! He came out and found the problem then gave us our options from there. He communicated with us the whole time and had his crew come out next day to replace our unit. Overall was a great experience working with ICM.
