Maples Plumbing

Maples is amazing! They sent a very experienced plumber out to my home, David, who prepped and installed a Moen water leak detection device (this device was mandated by my property insurance company). In the first visit, David showed me which device to buy online (based on my insurance company's guidelines), then advised that I contact a particular electrician to pigtail an outside electrical outlet for plugging in the detection device. I have a limited 100 amp electrical panel, so David checked out my situation and gave me directions for what to communicate to the electrician, assuring me the installation process would work out for me just fine. Once I had purchased the device and the electrician had installed the necessary outlet, David came out again and performed the installation. He also created a work-around pipe which enabled me to fill a bucket with water for the toilet if my water was shut off by the device due to a leak. Additionally, he was very well-versed in setting up the Moen leak detection phone app which uses AI to monitor my water system and runs off of my wireless internet service. The system works like a dream. His particular pipe installation is sophisticated and clean. Beautiful job! The entire process was flawless. I couldn't be happier!

Called Maples this week for leak that was going to cause water damage. Maples came out within hours, had every tool and part they needed, and got it done properly. The plumber was professional and explained everything clearly.
