Selling our home and buyers home inspector (Don Ramesbottom Bottomline Inspections) noted that a very small patch of fins were bent and required to fix. Technician sent out was very thorough and meticulous, taking his time to not only straighten the fins in the picture identified by the home inspection, but straightening all the rest that were slightly bent. Also confirming for me that, being the house is less than 3 years old, seemed like the home inspection company was just "looking" for anything as the size of the area where the fins were bent was about a 2-inch square and they were slightly bent and would have had NO IMPACT on performance. Sad that home inspection companies like Don Ramesbottom of Bottomline Inspections need to find something to justify their existence on a new home. JP was extremely thorough during the free consultation and pointed out an important point that other electricians did not. Specifically, our panel was already maxed out, so it was not advisable to install an EV charger. Other electricians did not inform us about this and went through with providing a quote… His help was extremely appreciated even though it didn’t end up with service. Will definitely use this company in the future!

Excellent job was done by Alex and Henry and JP. Love the new kitchen lights so much brighter. And the upgrades to the bathroom fans, addition of a remote for the bedroom fan, all the safety improvements were just so well done. They also cleaned up any mess.
