Elite Heating & Air Conditioning

Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air on Friday afternoon, causing the upstairs to reach 80°. At 6:15 a.m. Saturday, I went online looking for a same-day service, and by 6:40 a.m.(you read that right!) Elite Heating and Air called to schedule a technician between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Their technician, Mark, arrived shortly after 11:00 a.m., inspected the system, and clearly explained everything he was checking. He was also very informative about how to properly use our dual-zone system for better efficiency. I realized we hadn’t been operating it correctly, reducing efficiency for 5 YEARS. Elite Heating and Air absolutely exceeded my expectations with their ability to provide us with same-day service, and a knowledgeable, professional, and PLEASANT technician who also helped me better understand our system. P.S. Elite is clearly NEXT LEVEL…Mark left us with this very cool “business card”!
