Baier Heating and Air are awesome. The technician Chad came out and diagnosed a problem I was having with my furnace. Quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me options on repairs and replacement. Never pushy and very respectful of my decision and my home. He even serviced my AC unit while he was here too and topped off the Freon at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. I’ll be calling them for now on if I ever need help with my HVAC system. Just quality work and great people to work with. I have peace of mind knowing my system is running smoothly and efficiently.

We called Baier heating and air conditioning for a second opinion. We were told that we needed to replace the control panel and that there was a wire problem. Chad came out right away to look at the problem. He diagnosed it quickly and efficiently. He was able to fix the problem which had nothing to do with control panel or the wiring. He walked us through everything that he was going to do, making us feel comfortable. I knew I was in good hands and could trust him. I did not trust the first HVAC company. They were unable to show me where this broken wire was or that the control panel looked burnt out. I will use Baier heating and air conditioning for any of my heating and air problems. I highly recommend the company. They're professional and listen to you and are able to address all your concerns.

I had Baier place a new unit on my roof. It took some custom metal fabrication to mount the new unit. Chad built the custom sheet metal at his shop and it worked perfectly. Very personal and easy to work with. Him and his crew were very professional. Never had a problem with him or someone at his office answering or calling me back. He was fair and and trustworthy. I would recommend Baier to my grandma
