Ken came to the rescue on a Saturday and made his way through a difficult air conditioning problem. He was committed to finding the problem and providing a solid solution. He let me follow him around as he explained his process, what he was finding, and what it meant. As a former aviation electrician in the Navy I found him to be fast and knowledgeable and never one to cut corners. Thank you Ken for a solid fix and some education along the way.

My first call to Ken was at 5pm on a Friday and he was assisting us with heating issues the next morning. What incredible service this company provided us. Solved a heat and cooling duct issue under our home that we did not know was a problem. Balanced the charge on our heat pump system and now the entire system works better than when new. Our system is only five years old and Ken fixed issues caused by the original contractor cutting corners on the original installation. We called him due to heat issues and we now have working AC just in time for summer along with working heat. Thank you Ken.
