Thomas took his time with diagnosing and explaining our options for repair. He seemed honest and did not pressure us on upsells which made us comfortable with moving forward with him versus our other bid. He actually gave us an upgrade on a part without charging us for it. The diagnostic fee went towards the repair. Repair was quick and clean! 5/5 recommend!
