Bill Story is outstanding and did a great job with our Bryant HVAC system that has a very complex Honeywell master control panel; we highly recommend him as well as Terry his office manager/dispatcher. It was a very complicated job due to several stages of our system had failed, part of which had even been installed backwards by another company, but Bill expertly did all the right diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs that ended up saving us several thousand dollars as other companies wanted to sell us a whole new unit. This was a great experience with a great company that has become so rare these days.
My husband and I have gone through Bill at Story Heating & Air for about five years now. He is kind, professional, affordable, and great at his job! He has been dubbed our HVAC guy now. Terri who works in the office is also great and keeps you up to date with work being done or appointments. Story Heating & Air is our go to for all HVAC and I highly recommend!
We went round and round with several companies that were referred by our home warranty policy, they were just awful. So glad we decided to search on our own, we found Story Heating and Air! Bill Story found the problem immediately, gave us a quote BETTER than if we had used our warranty plan! Honest, affordable, good communication, excellent service. He installed a state of the art AC system that has saved us 100+ dollars per month. We wouldn't use any other company in Chico, call Story!
