Absolutely great service. Alex showed up on time and had the problem with my refrigerator diagnosed in no time. He didn't have the part in his truck, but said it was available in Sacramento and he would probably be back the next day. About an hour later I received a call from the office saying that Alex would be at our house within the hour. After he arrived, it took an hour and a half or so, and the fridge was up and running. I can't say enough about the great service that Alex and Pro Max provided. Thanks.

Dryer was not drying. Damian diagnosed the issue, and fixed it top to bottom with suggestions for future maintenance. Cleaned up everything inside and out. Appreciated the thoroughness of his work and the personal interaction. Will call Pro Max for continuing maintenance so we don’t have a larger issue again going forward.
