I reached out to Pat in regard to a residential icemaker that I had in a custom house. The ice maker went bad , Even though Pat was not able to accommodate me to service the unit, he was able to recommend me somebody that could take the unit in. Even after hours he reached back out to me.
I have an older True Commercial refrigerator in my shop that stopped working. Pat quickly diagnosed the problem (bad compressor starter) and repaired the unit. When he's in town doing a repair at a near by shop, he usually stops by to see how everything is still working. Very happy with Cold Control and their customer service -- not a lot of companies like this out there anymore 😊.
I have never written a review in my life but no better time than now. I have owned Manderes restaurant in Folsom for 15 years and Cold Control has taken care of all of my equipment since day one.
