I’ve been using Napoles Heating & Air Conditioning for the last 4 years, and Carlos has always provided outstanding service. He does a terrific job every time he comes out for AC maintenance, and what I appreciate most is how clearly he explains everything. Whether it’s something that may be wrong or simple things I can do to keep my AC unit running smoothly, he always takes the time to make sure I understand. Carlos is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. It’s hard to find honest and consistent service like this nowadays. We originally called Napoles because our home warranty was going to take over a week to come out. I called a few A/C companies and Carlos was the most professional and nicest company I called. He was able to come out the same day, the temperature was over 100 degrees. He was willing to fit us in his busy schedule even though it would be 9pm! When Carlos arrived he was the same kind man I spoke to on the phone. He took videos of our AC unit on our roof so that he could explain in detail what the problem was. The original fix was very inexpensive but he did such a thorough job he did find other areas of concern. He gave us quotes for what problems our AC was going to have in the future. We originally told him we couldn’t afford the repairs and he again was understanding and nice and did not pressure us. He left that night and we were happy customers. Quickly we realized we liked Carlos so much, we loved his honesty and how patient he is that we wanted to do the other repairs. We text Carlos and he quickly replied and the next day we told him the route we wanted to go and he quickly ordered the parts and within a week he was back over to complete the job. All along he communicated with us. He always kept us updated and he was extremely easy to schedule times to come to our home. He showed us old parts and new parts and educated us along the way. We highly recommend Napoles heating and Air conditioning! Carlos is honest, professional and knowledgeable. He will not pressure you into over buying but he will tell you what is best along with telling you cheapest fix. He’ll let you decide what you want to do with no added pressure. He’ll always be a quick text away and responds fast every time. Best AC company we’ve used in our 18 years of home ownership.

We got recommended by a friend of ours and he showed honesty and professionalism. Showed and told me what options we could do and explained to me what specific parts needed to be changed. I honestly recommend going for this company if you have any problems for your AC or Heater but it my case it was my AC which was really old but other than that 10/10.
