Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

Mike, Jeff & Sal installed new split HVAC system outside unit and furnace unit in attic over a two day period. They were very knowledgeable about the system. They had to be in the attic on a day that was over 100 degrees to remove the old heating unit and had to get the new unit installed. The installers were all very nice and respectful. They did a wonderful job and worked well together. This is the second unit we have used Ace Plumbing Heating & Air for, we also have a rental which they also installed a split HVAC system at last year. We trust this company completely and also use them for plumbing work. Thanks guys! New unit works perfectly! Natano also came by to help me with the new thermostat. He helped me set the app up on my phone via our wifi. He was very patient and showed me how to use the new thermostat on the wall and additionally via the app on my phone. He was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure I had an understanding of the thermostat and app before leaving. 🙂 These guys are simply the best. A big thanks to each one of you! We will continue to use Ace for all of our issues!

We have a favorite plumber, but he's never available. We've used Ace Plumbing a few times now, & they have always gotten us on thier schedule super quick. This time we had a kitchen sink leak & then they quoted us such a good price for garbage disposal removal that we went ahead & had that done too. Job was done quickly with what seemed no problems or hassles-however, we had to have them come back out a few days later because the sink wasn't draining well. Upon closer inspection we found that 2 of the 5 holes of the sink strainer/basket grate (?) were blocked.Turns out the plastic/silicone (?) washer was mis-shapen (?) which resulted in it covering the drainage holes. They sent a (different) guy out & he fixed it in a few minutes.

Gerry was very efficient, knowledgeable of his job and kept the timeline scheduled. He gave me an estimate of the repairs which was a cracked/leaking faucet. I secured the fixture (faucet) which was added savings. He returned a few days later and took 30 minutes give or take to complete the repairs. It’s also good to have Homeowner’s Insurance and this was my second time using Ace Plumbing, Heating & Air.
