Mark was awesome from start to finish — incredibly knowledgeable, truly honest, and completely committed to fixing the problem the right way. No upsell, no games, just a straightforward and accurate diagnosis. He didn’t give up on my older system, where other companies would’ve tried to pressure me into buying a whole new unit. Mark tracked down a tricky control board issue, replaced everything cleanly, and had my system running smoother than it has in years. Highly recommend Mark for anyone who wants real expertise and real integrity.

Mark and his apprentice was fantastic! I had another big corp ac company come out and look at my ac after my ac suddenly stoped making cold air. They stated I needed a whole new ac system! That or a $400 quick fix that would last maybe a few weeks. I called Mark and he came out same day and diagnosed the real problems and had me ready to go in 20 minutes! A fraction of the cost!
