My experience with Air Synergy was great from start to end! The appointment setter was very helpful and able to schedule me an appointment right away. Shaun was my service technician. He was punctual and very thorough in explaining the diagnostic of my air conditioner’s issue and the needed repairs. He quickly fixed the leak that was found, and made sure that all was running right with my AC system. He answered all of my questions in a kind and patient manner and provided helpful recommendations for the maintenance of my system. I highly recommend Air Synergy.

This was our first annual service appointment for the Harvest Thermal system that Air Synergy installed for us a year ago. Air Synergy's service was outstanding. Luis, the technician, arrived on time, worked thoroughly and professionally, showed me some details about our system that I hadn't tracked previously, and kept me informed throughout. Luis was friendly, courteous and respectful of my home, and I felt confident in his and the company's expertise. I highly recommend Air Synergy for any HVAC service and look forward to calling them for my next AC maintenance.

We were very happy with the service we received. Shaun explained the work and the actions he was taking as he worked. He talked to us about necessary actions and potential issues that could arise in an older system. He was efficient and had our AC up and running again in a couple of hours.
