Great experience with Economy Heating and Air Inc for our AC repair. TJ and his team were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, got the job done quickly, and provided excellent customer service.

Tim, Stu and Legend did an amazing job in removing and installing new furnace and outdoor condenser unit all in a days work. Very professional and very knowledgeable about their scope of work. They are the nicest guys. Their communication about the progress was great. From the initial diagnostics with David who understood our need without hesitation assisted us in just that. There was no over selling. In fact, he helped us save $12,500. Our home is air tight now with cool and heat. Thank you guys for a job well done. T

In order to share just how incredible this company is, I need to share a bit of backstory. I’d been living in a 95-98 degree home for the end of last summer and the super hot days so far this year. Since I knew of no reliable or responsive company I’ve been putting it off. My late husband & I owned an operated an HVAC-R company in San Jose until we moved to Oregon in 2013. I’m well aware of how many companies are out there and take advantage of women or elderly people (that’s how we got a lot of our customers - by not taking advantage). And I’m both: s single elderly woman. So dreading the inevitable task I finally made the decision to start searching and make an appointment with somebody. Sitting at a traffic signal a green & white truck pulled up next to me. It was for Economy Heating and Air. Providence, said I. I snapped a photo of the truck and then called. Scheduling the.appointment was easy Karen was, and is, amazing. I don’t particularly like talking to real live human beings most of the time but she’s bubbly , friendly and professional all at the same time. I hung up feeling really good about calling Economy Heating & Air. And then came time for the appointment. The technician sent was TJ. When I got to the front door when he arrived I found a very pleasant young man loving on my dog. I shared what was going on what I thought was happening (low refrigerant). He kept me informed through every step: his air measurements, inside & outside unit examinations, and his diagnosis. He spoke with me about his suggestions and alternatives. He never once treated me as anything other than what I am - a reasonably intelligent person!. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. The are honest, reliable, professional and thorough. Thanks Economy!!!!!
