After having several companies visit my 2 story home and getting recommendations for a system to heat and cool it, I chose Comphel. Comphel provided the most practical solution in terms of the size, number of heads, location of heads and main compressor, giving consideration to use existing 220vac service to eliminate the need for a new run. Their proposal provided flexibility in terms of future expansion to add additional heads as well, should we decide to cool additional room, and was competitively priced. Their install team is comprised of highly skilled people who are very professional and diligent. I had the opportunity to work with them on several occasions. They show up on time, keep you updated on progress and the timeline for completion of the job. After operating the units for a period of time, I determined the larger head on the 1st floor would likely perform better on the 2nd floor. I called Comphel, they sent out a technician and it was done. Swapped the two units, which was not as easy as we thought. The supply/return lines were not in the identical location on the two units, thus requiring the technician to make some changes to make it fit. Comphel has a fantastic team of people, from the President Chad who was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what system I needed, to the skillful and friendly technicians doing the work, and the extremely efficient office manager Stephanie, who answered and returned my calls, scheduled the technicians and kept me apprised of the schedule for everything. He recommended replacing the system with a modern, energy-efficient heating and air-conditioning unit that fit our needs. The quote was within our budget and lower than other competitors. Installation was scheduled quickly and completed in one day. Stephanie, their customer service manager, was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was professional, cleaned up the area, and hauled away the old unit. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience.
