Plumber did a great job and was very nice. Unfortunately everything else was terrible. The lady I spoke with at the office was stunningly rude. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and the several encounters with her I had were so deeply unpleasant that I cannot in good conscious recommend this business. The price was also so high that Rheem warranty service said they had never heard of a repair of this specific issue cost so much and would not cover the total price of the labor as it was nearly the cost of the entire water heater.
Highly recommend Angels Plumbing. We have used them several times and have consistently received excellent service. Doug came out on our latest service call and he was great! Very thorough and professional. Fixed our plumbing need in short order. He also was right on time in his arrival. Thank you Angel’s Plumbing for being a reliable company we can depend on!
