We just got done with some remodeling in our home and Fabian was very friendly and professional to all his work he did for us. He stayed in touch with us either by phone or text with when he was able to get to us, and found to be dependable! We would recommend his hard work to anyone that needs a ‘good’ handyman around! He redid our shower in our master bathroom plus many other things…landscape our front yard to our plans we set up to him…and many other things….

Fabian is a good person, loving father. however, as a buisiness man he needs some serious help. I read the reviews, and agree. If Fabian shows up , his work is fabulous. However, the greatest disappointment is that he does not show up, answer phone, nor call back. I, my sister, and my father have terminated his services due to all of the above. Fabian has done an amazing job on our rental properties and our residence. His landscaping skills create a sense of peace and harmony at many of our rental properties. As a handyman, he takes care of so many little jobs that other contractors won't bother with. He has also done bigger jobs, such as painting whole buildings or renovating entire apartments, with us acting as the general contractor. One of Fabian's greatest assets is his ability to know what he can do, and know when he needs to call in a specialist. Best of all, he is honest, truly cares, and shows up when he says he will. He has been an invaluable asset to our property management business, including translating between English and Spanish with tenants. His rates are affordable and we rely on his many skills to keep our properties in great shape!
