Diamond certified BUT…They over-demolished our deck unnecessarily, cut a big hole into our ceiling to test for water leakage then never finished the job. We would go for 3-5 weeks at a time without them returning. We would contact Rob Buckle to follow up, he was uninterested, rude, noncommittal on a date to resume the work and deflected. At one point admitted he was working on another project, and another time hung up when we put a little more pressure after having been patient for 3 months. $5,000 later the only progress made was the tear do/demolition that left us in a worse off situation. With this company, you don’t pay for work completed, you pay for the hours they claim to have worked even if nothing is accomplished. In the end we parted ways, frustrated, having wasted time, stressed because we had a baby on the way who was to sleep in the room with the hole. I still have an invoice showing on one day we paid for 9 hours of work per worker, where only 5.5 hours were spent working and 3.5 hours was for their travel. On top of that we still paid separately for mileage. I could go on…. Please if you’re looking for a reliable contractor who keeps their word, who is fair, run. This company is not it.
