Garage door broken on the first day of long weekend. Called Vic and he came in less than 30 mins, replaced the springs and adjusted the motor for us. He checked everything carefully and made sure it functions well before leaving, explained what was going on and answered all the questions we had. Gave us a one year warranty. I contacted him to check out a very noisy and rickety sounding garage door. He came out and lubricated everything and it “sounded” better, but Vic explained to me that the doors were very old and I might want to think about replacement in the near future. There was no hard selling or anything like that at all, which I very much appreciated. I asked him to send me a quote, which he did that evening. He also did not charge me for the visit!! --- who does that these days?? Well Vic did!! After reviewing the quote I contacted him to replace all three garage doors. He did a great job, at a fair price, and I am very happy with my doors and new openers. Vic also went waaaay above and beyond to help me out when he noticed an 8 foot fluorescent light fixture hanging from the garage ceiling on one end by the wiring, and fixed it for me!! So very grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him if you need any kind of garage door service!!

Vic of Silicon Valley Overhead Doors was recommended to me by a friend who had his door replaced by Vic. I needed a new garage door installed for a newly built garage. Vic came by and advised me through all of the preparation work before the garage was finished: where to route wires and where to put blocking for the major support areas. After the garage was finished, Vic installed my new door. I really appreciated the time that he spent to consult with me during the construction phase and once he had installed the door. Vic was accurate, responsive, communicative, punctual, conscientious and very friendly throughout the whole process. I highly recommend him and his business.
