I contacted this company initially just to replace my garage door sensors. Alex turned out to be extremely knowledgeable,kind, and professional from the very beginning. I didn’t plan to replace my over 15-year-old Chamberlain garage door opener, as it was still working. However, Alex took the time to explain why upgrading the old opener would be beneficial, especially since it occasionally caused issues. After his clear and honest explanation, I decided to move forward and I’m so glad I did. Alex installed a wonderful new LiftMaster garage door opener (model 6690L) with Wi-Fi, bright LED lighting, a 360° camera, keypad, wall control, and two remotes. I had also been dealing with ongoing garage lighting problems for a long time: my old opener’s light would randomly turn on and off, leaving us struggling without proper lighting. This had been a postponed project, Alex finally solved it. With the LED light around the garage opener I even don’t need to fix my other light on the ceiling, the light coming from opener is bright and enough. The installation was done very professionally, cleanly, and accurately. I was extremely pleased with the result. Looking back, I can’t imagine how many more times I would have struggled with my old opener. Before finishing, Alex noticed that the garage door wasn’t moving smoothly and mentioned that he could hear a crack, even though it wasn’t visible. Once he opened the rail, we could actually see the crack. This could have caused serious issues in the future, including damage to the garage door panel itself. I am beyond grateful that Alex caught this early and helped me avoid bigger problems. He recommended adding a support rail, and after that, the door started moving more smoothly than ever before. I highly recommend Alex. He did an outstanding job, installed everything beautifully, and patiently explained how all the systems work together. I am absolutely happy with the result.
