I am beyond thrilled with the quality of service I received from Don's Garage Door Company! I had 4 estimates and Tim's (the owner of Don's) was the most honest and well priced. He didn't try to up sell me and did all he could to save me money!!! He is easy going kind, and offers exceptional customer service. Tim and his wonderful technician, Brian, (equally kind) just left and I had to write a review right away. My garage is quiet, it has a new rubber seal on the bottom with new rollers and sounds like a new garage. You can trust Tim to do right by you. In today's world it is so gratifying to find a person like Tim who takes pride in his work and treats his customers with such care. ❤️

We had a great experience with Don’s Garage Doors! Called this morning before 8am because our opener motor was failing. Within the hour Duffy arrived, had all the required parts, and had us up and running in no time. He was super knowledgeable and thorough and we especially appreciated his attention to detail. No high pressure upselling, just good old fashioned customer service for a fair price. We will definitely use Don’s in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough!
