They came to give me an estimate for a garage door repair. He was punctual and polite but quoted me over $700 for repair and gave me not much detail about what would be involved. He seemed to be trying to get me to buy a new garage door instead. Another local establishment quoted me less than half that price and I got excellent results in less than 45min, including time to explain all the details. Maybe O'Connell is great for new garage door installation but that's not what I needed.
