I had an emergency situation and Brian came. Thought the issue was fixed. Few days later, cables cables came off. He could not fix it, so they contracted another technician to come and repair. Then a month later the cable broke. They come back again and suggested I change the rollers, so I pay them to do so. A day later the cables are broken again. Now they want to refund and have me call another company. What a nightmare. Good luck to anyone that wants to give these guys a shot.
