My garage door was stuck after I carelessly did something to cause it to go off track at night. I called five star and got this guy Tri Nguyen on the phone. He asked if I wanted to wait til tomorrow to fix the door. and I said my garage door can’t close so I was hoping to get someone tonight. He said no problem right away, quoted me a price to fix it tonight, and came straight out. He kept me posted on his ETA, was right on time, efficient, professional and very helpful. Got it fixed right away. Made sure all my remote control worked and lubricated the door after too. So grateful for the wonderful service. Impressed.
