excellent work and friendly installation by the worker. however, I was quoted about 2~3x normal price for the parts needed. I don't know if it was weekend pricing or something else, but original quote for torsion springs and drums, which I can purchase for between $150~$450 was quoted between $1700 ~ $2100 just for the parts. I'd rather pay the hard working installers than being gauged ~3x for the parts. it took a bit of back and forth with the company to get the price from "exotic" to "normal people" range. In the end, the work was good and I still paid a premium but I hope others beware of the parts pricing margin from the company.
The garage door supplies were exactly what I needed.Installation was simple and quick.Now my garage door works like new.
