THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SHOW UP TO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME. We scheduled a garage door repair and was told the technician would show up between 2-4. By 4pm they had not showed up. When we contacted the company they said someone would come between 7-9pm. By 8:55pm still no one had showed up. We called the company again and they didn’t even realize no one had showed up. We told them 9pm was far too late for a repair and to cancel the service. It is a Monday night and we work in the morning. Then at 9:15 someone rings our doorbell thinking they are actually going to fix the door. AFTER WE CANCELED. We waited SEVEN HOURS for absolutely no service only to be bothered as we are getting ready for bed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

The customer service representative I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable, and the workers completed the job in no time. It was a great experience, and I would definitely hire them again. The "Garage Doors of West Sacramento" company is a first class company. The technician Sean arrived on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was nice and explained everything he did for a very reasonable price! Will definitely contact them again if any repair or replacement in future!
