They installed a garage door opener at my old home and my new home as well. Guys were friendly and did a great job. I couldn’t give them 5 stars for the following reason: My brother pressed some buttons on the garage door opener and suddenly it stopped working. I called them and asked if they could come out and look at it. Apparently it had to be reset. It took all but 5 minutes and I was charged 90 dollars. That is a bit overpriced in my opinion. There are two guys that come out to service. One of them gave me a deal for installing two openers in my three car garage, whereas the other one charged me the 90 dollars for a 5 minute job. It looks like one of them is more concerned with customer satisfaction whereas the other one is more concerned with making money where he can.
GR Garage technician and owner were friendly and provided us with great same day service. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you Guillermo and staff.
