What a great experience at Monkey’s Smog Center! Chris provided fast service, great pricing, and truly top tier customer service. I walked over to Chase Bank while he worked on my car, and by the time I came back, he was already almost done. What really stood out was his kindness and attention to detail. My driver side door had been damaged in the past and made a loud thump/snapping noise every time it opened. Multiple people had actually thought I hit their car because of the sound, and it got so embarrassing that I started warning people parked next to me ahead of time that the noise was coming from my own door. I never even mentioned it to Chris, but he must have noticed it when he opened the door. Without saying anything, he fixed the part causing the noise at no charge. That really showed his character. It was not about getting something for free. It showed he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in helping his customers. I highly recommend supporting this business because it is a great business run by an even better guy.

Awesome little shop. Great customer service and unbeatable price. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are the kind of business that you leave feeling proud to have in your own town!

Monkeys Smog in Oakdale was amazing. Super courteous and helpful. It also seems as though they’re consistently trying to add services and get better. I’m excited to use them continually. To the guy that left a 1 star review. If the customer service is good. It’s NOT a 1 star experience. Also, they use state requirements and state required equipment. If your truck didn’t pass it’s not their fault. They don’t have control over the machine. It’s set to a specific standard.
