receptionist was rude whenever called, put on hold multiple times only to be hung up on. It took four trips to get the garage door fixed. They ordered the wrong part on the second trip did not recognize another issue came back again had to order another part and then kept trying to move the appointment forward by several days took a total of one month almost to get the garage door working again. Bryce, the technician was very pleasant and honest unfortunately the reception is not the same. I would not recommend this company at all to anyone.
Mechanics were really nice and friendly. Replaced worn roller and hinges, door runs like new.
Truthfully I was blow away at how efficient and fast the installer was at putting it in. So happy with these guys!
