J & J Garage Doors

Wonderful. Hands down amazing. My biggest concern is for John's work-life balance. ;) Seriously hire them; you'll only regret you didn't call them first. From first contact to a completed job was less than two weeks and it would have been faster if MY schedule was more flexible. My garage door opener broke Tuesday evening. I called J & J on Wednesday and John responded by text within an hour we arranged for him to come look at the door on Friday. The two of them showed up at 9am on Friday and, after a few hellos, they had tape measures out, a step ladder, and a multi-meter. The main logic board in the 17 y/o opener had broken (in hind site it had been on the way out for a while). John said he might not be able to get me a quote that day but probably by Monday, which was reasonable considering it was friday. I had a quote by the end of the day; the same Friday he looked at the door. The quote was fair and I agreed via email on Saturday; he responded that he'd ordered the door THAT DAY. I assumed it'd be a week or two for the door to show up and all. J & J had the door and everything BY THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY. The day of John was here by 9am, the old door was off by 9:07am. The new track, trim, and openers, were installed by 10:45am and they were gone by 11am. Time travel is the only realistic explanation. The door works flawlessly, is installed better than the previous one, looks cleaner (all the wires for the opener and the safety sensor are run better), and is much quieter. Don't wait. Don't hesitate. I wish I loved my job half as much as John loves his; I'd probably work faster and more efficiently. Never has anyone made me want to switch careers after having a home service done.
