Absolutely love these guys! Super efficient, very punctual , communicative, and solved all my problems with my garage door!! Definitely will be hiring them again for all my future problems!! Highly recommended!!!

Had a garage door problem around 10pm. Every place I called was either closed, couldn’t come out for a couple days, or their phone never answered. I saw Brookstone’s Google Maps entry that said open until 10:30pm. I called and was forward to a centralized call center. They took my info and said Mike was on call and would contact me in 45-90 minutes. At 90 minutes with no call I called back. The person said they had no way of contacting Mike directly but would open a new service request. Around 1am, I assumed he’d never call so I dug up the installation manual and read for a while. I eventually located the problem and fixed it myself. I’m writing this at 2am and still no call, not that it matters. Giving 0 stars would be tempting if I could although Mike’s lack of response got me to learn about my garage door opener (I didn’t install it, came with the house) so I guess 1-star is warranted for getting me off my lazy butt to actually fix something myself.

Very friendly and informative service! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for quality customer service in the area.
