I got neibors María g Mendez ormaria Chavez Mendez or guadslupe Mendez or Marta h Mendes now using my mother identify Marta mejia as a nurse and been a socia worker she is taking this picture

The automated system sucks. It also doesn't allow the option to speak to someone. I also CANNOT get ahold of my caseworker which is causing me to lose my benefits. They need to improve.

For the entire month of May I've tried contacting my case worker and her supervisors. I've left multiple voicemails, others who work for the office have emailed her and 4 different supervisors. I have yet to receive a call back at all! How is anyone supposed to get help? I have been patient, I've been nice, and I've submitted the paperwork to update our benefits. I guess it's time for me to go into the office and start being not so nice because this is ridiculous. If possible, I will be filing complaints against those 4 supervisors and my case worker. This is foul.
