Smith Garage Door And Gates Repair ⭐ 1/5 Started off strong — the person on the phone was professional and even scheduled a same-day visit. Then the tech showed up… and it went downhill fast. He seemed brand new, was on the phone with his boss the whole time, and came in with an attitude instead of listening. The garage door opener arm was clearly bent/warped and visible, but rather than take a look and troubleshoot, he argued with me and hit me with: “You know more than me?” 😅 At that point, I asked him to leave. I’m not paying for disrespect or ego. If you value basic professionalism and customer service, look elsewhere.
My garage door wouldn’t close all the way last night on El Camino Real in San Mateo. I called Smith Garage Door and Gates Repair, and Alex came out super fast. He fixed a sensor problem and checked the whole system. Great, honest garage door repair service. Highly recommend them in San Mateo!
