I had an excellent experience with Contra Costa Doors and wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service. Our gardener accidentally kicked up a rock that shattered one of the windows on our smaller garage door. Since these were the original doors installed when our home was built, I reached out to Contra Costa Doors and connected with Kevin—and I’m so glad I did. Kevin went above and beyond to help us. Because the glass wasn’t a standard, in-stock item, he tracked down the original vendor and even found the exact part number for us. When I hit a roadblock (the vendor only works directly with companies), Kevin stepped in without hesitation, contacted them himself, and placed the order on our behalf. He kept me informed throughout the process, and although there was an expected wait due to supply issues, everything arrived sooner than anticipated. Once the glass came in, Kevin promptly scheduled the installation. The installation team was just as impressive—Nathan and his partner were professional, courteous, and efficient. They handled everything seamlessly and even made sure to thoroughly clean up all the shattered glass. It’s clear why this company has been in business since 1953. Their commitment to customer service is truly second to none. Kevin is a huge asset to the team, and I’m incredibly grateful for all his help. I highly recommend Contra Costa Doors!
